These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Lstng Pty Ltd (ABN 41 698 529 430) to clients including real estate agents, home owners, and sellers. By engaging Lstng you agree to these terms.
Lstng provides property services coordination including painting, plastering, sealant and grouting, floor polishing, carpet removal and laying, pressure washing, gardening, and general handyman works. Lstng coordinates licensed independent tradespeople on your behalf.
All works are scoped and quoted before commencement. Nothing starts until you provide written approval of the quote.
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the scope of works agreed at the time. Any changes to scope requested after approval may result in a revised quote. Lstng will notify you of any scope changes before proceeding.
Lstng requires a 50% deposit prior to works commencing, with the balance due on completion. All amounts are exclusive of GST. Each payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Lstng partners with LendingPlace to offer flexible payment options. Ask us for details.
All prices are in Australian dollars. GST will be added where applicable and shown on each invoice.
You authorise Lstng to hold keys and arrange access to the property for the purpose of coordinating and supervising the agreed works. Lstng will take all reasonable steps to secure the property at all times.
Lstng holds appropriate insurance for property services coordination. All tradespeople engaged by Lstng are required to hold their own public liability insurance. Copies of insurance certificates are available on request.
Cancellations or significant scope changes requested after trades have been booked will incur a cancellation fee equal to the initial 50% deposit. We will always communicate this clearly before confirming a booking.
Lstng takes all reasonable care in coordinating works to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, Lstng's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Lstng is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control including weather, trade availability, or access issues.
Lstng photographs all works before and after completion for documentation purposes. These photos may be used in Lstng's marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
